Meru Danda Brown Rice Milk or Yamani

Ingredients:

• 1 cup brown rice or cooked previously yamani.
• 4 cups water (hot or warm).
• 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract (try that is not artificial extract).
• A pinch of sea salt.
• Sweetener to taste: stevia, honey, brown sugar or black.

Preparation:

1. Rinse rice well leaving it to drain in colander.
2. Mix all ingredients in a blender or mixer until well blended.
3. Let settle for about 30 minutes.
4. Strain the resulting mixture. Thus obtained 4 to 4 and 1 / 2 cups.
5. The flavor depends on how you cook the rice. Try to prepare in different ways until you can get that taste better to you.
6. If you want change you can do two things: first, then rinse and drain the rice, use it instead of cooking oil. On the other hand you can let it soak all night and beat it with the other ingredients in the morning as indicated in the recipe.
